1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Ripple, operated by Lasyaaitech Pvt Ltd("Company", "we", "our", or "us").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Ripple mobile application or website at https://ripples.kriva.studio, you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

Please read these Terms carefully before using the app.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use Ripple.

These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

2. Beta Version Notice

This means:

• Features may be incomplete, evolving, or subject to change
• The app may experience occasional bugs, downtime, or performance issues
• Some features described in marketing materials may still be in development
• Your feedback as a beta user directly shapes the final product

By using Ripple during the beta phase, you acknowledge and accept these limitations.

3. Eligibility

To use Ripple, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Use the app in compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• Not be prohibited from using the app under any applicable law

Ripple is a wellness and awareness tool designed for adults experiencing rejection sensitive dysphoria (RSD), ADHD-related emotional dysregulation, or related patterns. It is not intended for use by minors or as a substitute for clinical care where your clinician has directed otherwise.

4. Account Registration

To access Ripple's core features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately at support@ripple.kriva.studio if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You may register using:

• Email address and password
• Apple Sign-In
• Google Sign-In

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

5. User Responsibilities

As a Ripple user, you agree to:

• Use the app only for its intended personal tracking purpose
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Provide honest and accurate check-in data for the best personal results
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws
• Respect the intellectual property rights of Lasyaaitech Pvt Ltd
• Use beta feedback channels constructively and honestly

6. Prohibited Activities

You must NOT use Ripple to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Access or attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code into the platform
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the app
• Harvest or scrape user data from the platform
• Use the app for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's infrastructure or servers
• Attempt to bypass any security measures or access controls
• Share your account credentials with others

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, legal action.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, branding, and assets within the Ripple app and website — including but not limited to:

• The Ripple name, logo, and brand identity
• App design, UI layouts, and visual assets
• AI insight and pattern-generation technology
• Software code and backend architecture
• Written content, marketing materials, and documentation

— are the exclusive intellectual property of Lasyaaitech Pvt Ltd and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Ripple app solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Ripple content without our explicit written permission.

8. Subscriptions and Billing

Ripple offers the following subscription plans:

8.1 Free Trial

• The free trial provides full access to all Ripple premium features
• No credit card is required to start the free trial
• At the end of the trial period, access automatically transitions to the selected paid plan unless cancelled

8.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Lasyaaitech Pvt Ltd does not directly process or store your payment information
• Billing is managed by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective billing policies

8.3 Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• You retain full access until the subscription period ends

8.4 Refunds

• Refund requests are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Store in accordance with their refund policies
• Any additional refund policy specific to Ripple will be published before public launch where applicable

8.5 Price Changes

• We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice
• Continued use of the app after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing

9. Medical Disclaimer

Ripple is a personal tracking and wellness tool, not a medical product.

Ripple does NOT:

• Provide medical advice
• Diagnose any medical condition
• Replace or substitute for professional medical guidance
• Constitute a regulated medical device under any jurisdiction

All information generated by Ripple — including trend summaries, pattern descriptions, reminders, and AI-generated insights — is based solely on your self-reported data and is provided for personal awareness and educational purposes only.

You must:

• Always follow your doctor's or qualified clinician's instructions regarding your health, hormones, sleep, and mental wellbeing
• Consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any changes to your treatment plan
• Not rely on Ripple as a substitute for professional medical advice

Lasyaaitech Pvt Ltd expressly disclaims any liability arising from reliance on Ripple's outputs for medical decision-making.

10. Service Availability

We strive to provide a reliable and consistent service. However, you acknowledge that:

• Ripple is currently in beta stage and may experience interruptions
• We do not guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted access
• Scheduled or emergency maintenance may temporarily affect availability
• Features may be added, modified, or removed during the beta phase
• The AI insight features depend on third-party APIs which may occasionally be unavailable

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned maintenance windows in advance.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Lasyaaitech Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Ripple
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for any decisions — medical, professional, or personal — made based on information provided by the Ripple app

This limitation of liability does not apply to liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.

12. Third-Party Services

Ripple integrates with third-party services as described in the Privacy Policy. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. Lasyaaitech Pvt Ltd is not responsible for the actions, content, or privacy practices of third-party service providers.

13. Account Termination

13.1 Termination by You

You may delete your account at any time through:

Settings → Account → Delete Account

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your data will be deleted within 30 days.

13.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if you:

• Violate any provision of these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Provide false or misleading information during registration
• Attempt to harm, exploit, or compromise the platform or other users

Upon termination, your right to access the app ceases immediately. Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable except as required by Apple/Google refund policies.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lasyaaitech Pvt Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Ripple app
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, particularly as the app evolves from beta to public release.

When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document
• Notify you via push notification or email where appropriate
• Post a notice within the app

Your continued use of Ripple after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of Ripple shall:

• First be attempted to be resolved amicably through direct communication
• Be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India (or such venue as we publish before public launch)

Parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation before initiating formal legal proceedings. Any arbitration or alternative dispute resolution clause may be added before public launch where applicable.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. All other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lasyaaitech Pvt Ltd with respect to your use of Ripple, and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications on this subject.
